Event
photography.
A family celebration, an event or an individual idea. Tell us the place, date and the moments that matter most, and we will shape the coverage around them.
Beyond weddings
An important occasion does not need a ready-made template.
Event photography begins with three questions: what will happen, who will be there and which photographs should matter most after the gathering is over.
It may be a family celebration, a public event or an individual commission. Instead of fitting your plans into an arbitrary package, we build the scope and quotation around the time, place and purpose of the photographs.
For a shorter commission, portraits of the guests may be the priority. A longer event may need documentary coverage that follows the sequence, atmosphere and details. That is why the first message should begin with the result you need, rather than the number of hours.
Before the quotation
What should you include in your enquiry?
The more detail you can share at the start, the sooner we can define a suitable scope and prepare an accurate proposal.
Which details matter most?
The date, location, expected duration, approximate number of guests and how the finished photographs will be used.
Is there one fixed price list?
For event photography, the scope depends on the time, place and purpose of the photographs. We prepare the quotation once those details are known.
Can I ask about an unusual project?
Yes. Describe the idea and the result you expect. Studio Borkowski will confirm what is possible and the scope needed to prepare a quotation.
How will I receive the finished material?
The final material can be made available on a server, with the private link sent by email.
Written contact
