Yes. Each service can be booked on its own, or any photography package can be combined with any film package.

The variants differ in recording scope, the number of perspectives and final delivery in Full HD or 4K. The source footage is recorded in 4K, while the chosen package determines the finished format and whether one or two filmmakers work on the wedding.

Each option includes wedding-day documentary coverage, a full portrait session usually held on another day and an album. The album formats are 19 × 24 cm (≈ 7.5 × 9.4 in), 30 × 60 cm (≈ 11.8 × 23.6 in) and 30 × 80 cm (≈ 11.8 × 31.5 in).

One photographer and one or two filmmakers work on the wedding, depending on the selected variant. A specific person can be selected to provide the service.

Before signing the contract, Studio Borkowski offers the opportunity to view a complete wedding film and a complete wedding photography gallery covering the entire wedding celebration. This allows the client to assess how Studio Borkowski works throughout the event, rather than only selected photographs and film excerpts from the portfolio.

The key moments and timetable can be discussed in person or by phone. When needed, the team also contacts the venue and DJ to coordinate the practical details.

The team travels in its own vehicle. The couple provides meals during the wedding. If a separate portrait session requires a long journey or an overnight stay, the actual transport and accommodation costs are agreed in advance.

Backup equipment is available during the wedding, and a replacement team member can step in during an emergency. Working files and finished deliverables are kept as two separate copies for up to one year.

The contractual delivery time is up to six months, although material is often ready earlier. Photographs and film are shared through a private link for viewing and download, which remains available for up to one year. The first version of the film should not be shared with family or friends; it is best to wait until the agreed revisions have been made and the final version has been approved.

The agreed price includes every item listed in the contract. Extra costs apply only to separately ordered additions or, for a distant portrait session, the agreed transport and accommodation. Additional albums can be ordered in any quantity at their production cost, without a Studio markup.

The deposit is agreed individually and ranges from 1,000 to 2,000 PLN. A date change does not automatically make it lapse; by agreement, it can be transferred to another available date or held for a future service.

After the agreed payment has been settled, the client can download, print, share and publish the finished material for personal use, including on social media. Studio Borkowski publishes wedding material only when the client gives optional consent; without that consent, it is not published.
